Learn how Sundown Exteriors is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dear Customers,

During these difficult times, it’s important now more than ever to look out for the health and well-being of not only ourselves but one another. Our goal at Sundown Exteriors is to continue providing essential, quality services while we safely practice social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. While our doors remain open and we continue to do business, we have taken measures to protect both our employees and our customers.

First, all meetings can now be scheduled remotely. We offer virtual meetings through video conferencing, and any paperwork can be submitted digitally to avoid personal contact between customers and employees.

Second, we have adopted a strict stay-at-home policy for employees who are feeling unwell. If someone is displaying symptoms of an illness, we make sure they stay home to prevent the spread of germs to other employees or customers. If an employee is concerned that they have been exposed to coronavirus, they must also stay home. During these times especially, we want to prevent the spread of any and all illnesses.

Finally, we accept online payments for all of our services. Not only does this prevent personal contact through the exchange of check or currency, but it’s also a lot more simple and convenient for our customers.
